NPTEL Motivated Learners

Candidates who satisfy the following conditions are the NPTEL MOTIVATED LEARNERS

1. The learner must have passed in 75% or more of the exams appeared for. (For eg: if he/she has appeared for 8 exams, he/she should have passed in 6 atleast)
2. The learner must have appeared for atleast one exam in each of the 4 semesters.
